About Steve Jensen: President, Sales & Estimating, Project Manager, Head Laborer
Steve was raised in Washington State and came to Colorado in the early 90’s for a “couple of seasons” and never left. He started Mountain Top Builders in 1997 with a goal of constructing affordable, energy efficient homes and continues to strive for those goals. In addition to traditional CEO duties, Steve is head facilitator and problem solver. Steve is passionate about advocating for professionalism in the residential construction industry and encouraging youth to consider the numerous career path opportunities.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys two-wheeled exploration (motorcycles and mountain bikes), skiing, travel, reading and daydreaming.
